Details on grass fed cattle

Cattle are sold by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole at $6.50/lb hanging weight. Our hanging weight is approx. 60% of live weight and are cattle are sold at 24 months ranging from 950-1150 lbs live weight.

 

Details on pasture raised pigs

Pigs are sold by the 1/2 or whole and are $6.50/lb hanging weight, which is approx. 60% of live weight. Our pigs range from 275-325lbs. We schedule in butchering in early October and they are ready for pickup at the processor by the customer approx. 1 week later. 

 

Details on pasture raised turkeys

Turkeys are $3.25/lb and range from 25-35lbs. They are processed in late September and ready for pickup the day of butcher. 

 

Details on pasture raised chickens

Chickens are $3.25/lb and range from 6-8lbs and are processed in mid August and ready all year, as they can be sold fresh or frozen.
